Ashley's got a tough time ahead of her. It's the first day of the semester, and she's already generated enough gossip for the whole year.
She's returning to school as a single ex-model who got out of a lucrative modeling contract because they wanted her to wear fur. To make matters worse, her mom's battling breast cancer, and her friend is going on a foreign exchange trip.
Left to cope alone, Ashley turns to all-natural pep and sleeping pills. Her lack of sleep and drug-induced states are taking a toll on her. Can she rise above her troubles and survive the school year - or will she have a serious crash and burn?
DEFINITELY NOT CAMELOT is a great book for teens who are dealing with a lot of stress. The main character is memorable, and her problems are believable and easy to relate to. The plot is fairly complex and holds the reader's interest.
Those who like realistic fiction, school stories, and books dealing with teen problems will all enjoy reading this book. by TeensReadToo
