Do not buy the Penguin edition of this book
I highly recommend that you avoid the edition of 'Cujo' published by Penguin Group USA (ISBN 9780451161352). The font size is tiny, and the print quality is terrible. On some pages the ink is dark, on some pages the ink is very light - in fact, on some occasions the darkness of the ink varies markedly between different parts of the same page. The resolution of the printed words is also quite poor.
All in all, the shoddy printing of this book (and publisher's choice of font size) makes reading this book a very unpleasant experience. No doubt most readers will find it difficult to read this book for any substantial length of time without their eyes aching.
There are a few other editions of this book available (published by different publishers) - I highly recommend that you try those instead.
