Kelly Doust has been scouring flea markets and charity shops for recycled fashion and homewares from her early teens, and making and reinventing things in her own trial-and-error way since she was a girl. For the better part of a decade, she worked in book publishing and public relations in Sydney, Hong Kong and London, and as a freelance writer. She was a regular contributor to Vogue Magazine, writes for "Australian Women's Weekly" and has written for "Dazed & Confused" and "The South China Morning Post"'s Lifestyle section.
