Its a good book to have in the bookshelf. There were some parts in it i didnt exactly agree with, and parts of it can be a bit weird, but like most of these books, you dont have to follow it exactly the way it says. If you dont feel comfortable with some of what it says you just follow what you feel is right with you. ALOT of the book is really good. And its really good to educate yourself in what other people do even if you have no intention of doing it yourself. I have heard that a lot of people who have read it thought it was a bit "rude" or that it was too much based around sex and being naked and that Buckland is a creepy filthy man who is into bondage, etc.., and i dont disagree. But skip all that stuff. There are good things in this book that are very good to educate yourself about and have the book on hand. Just remember dont fall for the "it has to be done this way or it wont work" speech. If you dont feel comfortable doing something then you dont have to do it!
