The American Sport Education Program (ASEP) has been developing coaching education courses for more than 20 years. As America's leading coaching education programme, ASEP works with national, state and local youth sport organisations to develop educational resources for coaches, officials and parents. Kathy McGee is director of athletics and head girls basketball coach at Powers Catholic High School in Flint, Michigan. She is a respected member of the Women's Basketball Coaching Association and belongs to an outstanding group of coaches who have achieved over 400 career victories.
