    • What is the last date I can place my order for Christmas delivery?

      The last ordering dates are:

      Western Europe
      Monday 10 December

      Ireland
      Wednesday 12 December

      Australia & Japan
      Friday 7 December

      United States & Canada
      Friday 7 December

      New Zealand & Singapore
      Wednesday 5 December

      Rest of the world
      Tuesday 4 December

      Last order dates are recommendations and delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed. Please order as early as possible to ensure gifts arrive in time for Christmas!

      When will my order arrive?

      After dispatch:

      UK: 3 to 5 working days
      Australia: 10 working days
      US and Canada: 7 to 14 working days
      South America: 10-15 working days
      Rest of world: 7 to 10 working days

      Can you combine all my orders in one shipment?

      Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipping.

      Can you remove the receipt/price details as this is a gift?

      Unfortunately, we are unable to remove the price and receipt.

      Can you get my order to me any quicker?

      Unfortunately, we do not offer any kind of expedited delivery.

    • Can you giftwrap my order?

      We do not offer this service at present, sadly.

      Can I include a personal message with my order?

      Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service.

      Do you have gift vouchers?

      At the moment we do not offer any gift vouchers for the site.

      My order arrived late or is unwanted. Can I return it?

      You are welcome to return any unwanted items.

      To help us process your return more efficiently, please enclose the packing slip that accompanied the book as this contains all the information we need to process your return. Please include a brief note on the packing requesting a refund and the reason for your return. We are unable to reimburse customers for expenses incurred returning titles to us unless the product is defective or not as advertised. If either of these apply, please contact us prior to returning the goods to us.
