I was delighted to receive this book today, having waited patiently for over 2 weeks for it to arrive. I was, however, very quickly disappointed when I realised that, even though it is written by a European Chef, all the recipe measurements are in US Cups. Totally useless to anyone not based in the US. Very disappointing too that the this information was not clearly indicated within the description of the book. It is after all normal to presume that a cook book written by an Irish Chef based in France, would come with metric measurements ...
