Well, I have read this book a while ago and I do not seem to remember every single subject in it. But, I can still remember how good it made me feel, I was feeling calm whenever I think of it, because I knew that I was achieving something everyday. I was hardly offended by what people say, even if I felt little offended, one word or two would make me satisfied again. I know this could sounds like I am talking about durgs, getting high and ****, but the book is really amazing :)..
So, if you are ready to take an action, read it

Although the title is cheesy it really doesn't do the book much justice. It is really hands on, for 7 days every day you must do certain things but it will probably take you only around 1h each day, and it will be worth it.

For me, this book kind of concluded much of what I had read in various other books, it doesn't go very deep into every aspect but it covers all that is necessary pretty nicely. It will at least get you started if you want to know more.

To make it easier to get started I suggest reading the book entirely and then the second time start doing the assignments and visualizations etc. For me it was rather easy to comprehend all ideas because I had read about them before, but for those who haven't, I think it might be easier to read it all through and digest a little before diving in entirely.

Also I think if you're not ready for actually taking any steps to change your life then this book isn't the best buy since you really have to do what it says to get the benefits. It is informative but it also requires work on your part, so just take that into account.
