Customer reviews

Read this book. Follow the recipes to the letter and brew perfect beers every time. My copy is so well thumbed, I'm about to buy another for the bookshelf. OK, he's a Yank but he gives units in metric for those who don't live in the U.S. and the recipes are from the UK and Europe as well as America. Extract and equivalent all grain recipes are given, many are multiple prize winners.
