Peggy Porschen is the author of three highly acclaimed titles and is widely known to have redefined the art of modern sugar craft. Her first book, "Pretty Party Cakes, " was voted 'Best Entertaining Cook Book' by the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. Peggy also regularly contributes to a number of influential titles including "Conde Nast Brides," "Wedding" and "Sainsbury's Magazine," with many of her celebrity commissions featuring in "Tatler," "OK!" and "HELLO" magazine. Peggy Porschen Parlour opened in 2010 in London and in 2011, Peggy opened Cake Academy --London's first cookery school entirely dedicated to baking, cake decorating and sugar craft.

Peggy Porschen no me deja de sorprender, si ya estéticamente todos sus libros destacan por lo elegante y perfeccionista de sus decoraciones, en este encontraremos recetas de todo tipo muy bien explicadas y deliciosas.
Las recetas van desde los simples pero bellos merenguitos hasta exquisitos pasteles y bebidas tanto de invierno como de verano.
Recomiendo este libro a personas expertas en pastelería y principiantes
