Bourke Street bakery is highly popular in Sydney and my friend takes me to one of their stores every time I visit. Always busy and the products are super fresh and tasty. This book is FILLED with great recipes from the shop. A great mix of sweet and savoury. Lovely pictures as well. Nice to have a baking book with excellent savouries - a nice change I think.
