It does not say clearly on the book description but this version is marketed for the American consumer. The recipes are in pounds and ounces.

I had read this cookbook previously (obviously an english version) and was happy with the recipes (which were in grams and kilos).

But NOT happy with the book depository website because if it had been marked as using ounces and pounds i would not have bought it.

the book depository stocks 2 versions of this book - the hardcover is in grams/kilos and the soft cover is in ounces/pounds.

Who would have thought that buying a book by an english author on an english website would mean i get an american version?

Baby Led Weaning has great recipes that are fantastic for the whole family. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to introduce solids foods to their baby.
