  This is one of my favourite volumes of poetry, EVER.
  
  In her poetry, Plath seems to be engaged in this elegant but dangerous dance with her ideas of femininity and womanhood/motherhood as well as her dark relationships and manic depression.
  
  On a more superficial note, this is a particularly gorgeous cover. by Jurgen Stipplington
