Fantastic cookbook! Changed my cooking life!
So good to have a cookbook packed with low fat, low calorie, nutrient packed recipes that are so delicious too! My friends have been impressed with what I have made them from this. I love the Mac and Trees, Cool Slaw, and baked tofu recipe. It inspired me to try new ingredients (nutritional yeast, agave syrup, and blended nuts for creamy dressings) but wasnt over-the-top dependant on specialised ingredient. It also inspired a new found love of filling salads (i.e. by including grains) by Louise Cowpertwait
This cookbook changed my life! I love the cheeky descriptions of the recipes, the cover art-work and the additional tips that Isa gives to make recipes easier. Most of all I love the recipes themselves - healthy and oh so delicious. Try spinach linguini with edamame pesto, Moroccan chickpeas and zucchini or upside-down lentil shepherd's pie (which has been a hit for veggie and meat eaters alike).
