  Through Guidance i discovered this book as i wanted to enhance my 'Tuning' with Nature. Not really knowing anything of the book, i saw the Title and knew instantly to get the book.
  
  The book is quite large and basically a Tome. The beginning chapters bring in you slowly and each chapter will have an Exercise for you to practice should you wish it. Ted Andrews is very informative with his approach and researching the Author you will gain more trust in his Knowledge and Wisdom.
  
  The Beginning chapters break down the the meanings of Nature, its language, connecting the Elements and the symbology of the All. The Second part goes into the power of Birds and Feather Magic, which is full of exercises to practice. At the end of this section is a Dictionary of Birds which has his descriptions of the birds traits, their prey and their predators, their nature, and his perception what they mean to us as an Animal Totem.
  The next section is the Dictionary of Animals , which again does the same, and the last section is the Dictionary of Insects and Reptiles.
  
  I am really impressed with this book and he emphasis on not takin his word as the be all and end all, this is just guidance, and those that truly seek Wisdom know they must contribute but doing their 'own' study. I like that in an Author as he shows no Ego of his work.
