Very handy book to have around the house, not only does it have an extensive list of herbs, but also lists what the herbs others names are, this makes it easier to obtain the herbs in question.

Has great recipes or blend recommendations, and I see this book easily becoming my go to guide for short term remedies :D

I'm just beginning to learn about using teas for health benefits, and 20,000 Secrets of Tea has been the perfect place to start. This book is so easy to use. You can look up information by herb or by ailment. I am certain that I will be using this book as a reference for a long time to come.
