Des Hammill is a New Zealander who now lives in Exmouth, England with his English wife, Alison. A professional engineer, Des has spent a lifetime building and trouble-shooting high performance road and race car engines of all types. His practical, down to earth approach, ensures his guidance is clear and that time and money is not wasted on modifications and components that don't deliver real, cost effective performance gains. Des also takes his own photographs and creates his own line drawings.
