She has contributed to a number of publications, including "The Australian Women's Weekly," "Good Living" ("Sydney Morning Herald"), "australian good taste," "Super Food Ideas," "VOGUE Entertaining + Travel," "Diabetic Living," "Heart Healthy Living," "Weight Watchers Australia," "Sunday Life" ("Sun Herald"), and "Family Circle" magazine. Anneka co-wrote "The Low GI Family Cookbook" (Hachette Australia) which was released in February 2008 and has written books for ACP Books and Murdoch Books.
